Neutron Absorbing Coatings for Detectors

We produce neutron absorbing coatings with highly enriched boron-10. Usually we coat boron-10 carbide on thin aluminium sheets with the size up to 2400 x 1100 mm. These 10B4C coated aluminium sheets and stripes are used for various neutron detectors, for example by CDT GmbH: www.n-cdt.com.

Our coating capacity is more than 400 sqm per year.
