Splitting Neutron Guides

A splitting neutron guide branches one channel into more channels. To reduce neutron losses, the starting splitting mirror plates should be as thin as possible. We performed this either by silicon wafers or by a new innovation from S-DH: both side supermirror coated plates and conical polished in thickness.
